No Refund Policy – Empowering with Credit

Effective Immediately Upon Enrollment

This No Refund Policy ("Policy") is entered into by and between the Client and Empowering with Credit, LLC (“Company”), and applies to all credit repair services rendered by the Company.

  1. Acknowledgment of Non-Refundable Payments
By purchasing or enrolling in any credit repair service offered by Empowering with Credit, the Client acknowledges and agrees that all fees paid to the Company are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with services, lack of specific results, or early termination by the Client.
  2. Work Commencement Clause
Client further acknowledges that Empowering with Credit begins performing services immediately upon acceptance of payment. This includes, but is not limited to, document preparation, credit analysis, dispute planning, portal setup, and communication with credit reporting agencies.
Once services have commenced, no refunds will be issued for any work already performed or payments collected.
  3. No Guarantees of Outcome
Empowering with Credit does not and cannot guarantee the deletion of specific items or an increase in credit scores, as credit repair results are dependent on third-party agencies and individual circumstances. The Company guarantees only that it will perform services in accordance with applicable laws and to the best of its professional ability.
  4. Cancellation of Future Services
Clients may cancel any future monthly service with a written notice at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to the next billing date. Any such cancellation does not entitle the Client to a refund of past payments or services already rendered.
  5. Chargebacks and Disputes
By agreeing to this Policy, the Client waives the right to file a chargeback or payment dispute with their financial institution regarding any payment made to Empowering with Credit. Any attempt to do so will be considered a violation of this agreement and may result in legal collection efforts and reporting to credit bureaus.
